Established in 1986 in Tuzla, Istanbul, Yonca Shipyard specializes in the design and construction of high-speed military, commercial, and private yachts using advanced composite technologies. Operating on a 44,000 m² site, with 22,000 m² of enclosed facilities, the shipyard produces its proprietary MRTP (Multi Role Tactical Platform) class of fast patrol and attack boats. These vessels serve the Turkish Navy and Coast Guard, as well as 14 organizations across 10 countries globally. Additionally, Yonca is capable of building luxury yachts up to 160 feet (approximately 49 meters) and 400 tons, showcasing its versatility and expertise.

With 7,000 m² of climate-controlled composite production workshops, Yonca Shipyard can construct high-speed boats up to 50 meters and 300 displacement tons using advanced composites, a practice it has refined since 1989. The facility also supports steel and aluminum shipbuilding. Certified by the Turkish Ministry of National Defence with “National Secret” and Production Certificates, alongside ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards, the shipyard employs over 180 skilled workers and has delivered more than 170 state-of-the-art vessels.
