Türkter Shipyard joined the Yardımcı Group, founded by Şevket Yardımcı in 1974, in 2004. Specializing in new shipbuilding and ship management, the group operates Türkter Shipyard with modern facilities.

The shipyard offers new vessel construction, repair and maintenance services, production and upkeep of yachts, boats, and crafts up to 80 meters, and is equipped with the infrastructure and certifications for military warship production.

Since its inception, it has successfully built and delivered over 90 vessels of varying capacities and purposes to international clients in countries such as France, Sweden, Norway, Greece, Russia, Azerbaijan, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany. The shipyard features advanced CNC drilling and cutting equipment for high-quality, efficient steel construction.
