Dearsan is a modern shipyard operating in Istanbul, Turkey. With a 126-meter slipway, a 15,341 m² enclosed shipbuilding area, a 15,870 m² open space, and a total area of 31,211 m², Dearsan has the capacity to construct nine vessels of various types simultaneously. The shipyard specializes in the design and construction of specialized military vessels with weapons system integration, as well as complex commercial ships such as tugs, fuel/chemical tankers, and high-speed passenger ferries. Its advanced facilities and skilled workforce have demonstrated global proficiency in design, engineering, fabrication, and installation.

Established in 1980, Dearsan Shipyard has undertaken the construction, fabrication, repair, and modification of numerous vessels. It is currently building 16 "Tuzla" Class Patrol Boats for the Turkish Navy, adhering to the designated delivery schedule. The 57-meter "Tuzla" Class Patrol Boats, designed by Dearsan, mark the first warships built by the Turkish shipbuilding industry, with their defense systems designed and produced by the Turkish defense sector. Holding NATO and National Confidential Facility Security Clearances, along with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, Dearsan stands out as a leader in quality and safety standards.
